Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your report.

If something went wrong (you were charged but couldn't see your report, or you were charged twice), email sindrigylfason@gmail.com within 14 days with your results link and we'll fix it or refund you in full.

Because the report is digital content delivered immediately after payment, you agree at checkout that it is provided straight away. Where the law gives you a right to cancel, that right ends once the report has been shown. We still review every request fairly.
